At Miruna, we take great care to ensure every piece meets our quality standards. Please review our returns and exchanges policy carefully before placing your order

Returns Eligibility

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Free from dirt, dust, hair, makeup stains, fragrances, smoke, or any foreign odours
• Returned with all original tags, hygiene stickers (if applicable), and original packaging intact
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and sent back to the customer.

Return Timeframes

• UAE orders: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
• International orders: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

Shipping & Return Charges

UAE, GCC & UK

• The first return shipping is covered by Miruna
• Any applicable customs duties or additional charges remain the customer’s responsibility

Rest of the World

• Return shipping, customs duties, and all related charges are the responsibility of the customer
• If a shipment is held in customs for more than 14 days and returned to us, all return-related costs will be deducted
• In such cases, store credit only will be issued

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email our Customer Care team with:

• Your order number
• Reason for return

Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions by email.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

All claims are reviewed by our Quality Control team.
You will receive confirmation by email once the review is complete and approved.

Sale Items

Sale items are non-refundable.

They may be:

• Exchanged for the same item in a different size, subject to availability

UAE Sale Item Exchanges

• Eligible within 7 days of delivery
• First collection is complimentary
• From the second collection onwards, a fee of AED 20 applies

International Sale Orders

• Exchanges are not offered
• Items must be returned and a new order placed

All exchange items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Processing Time

• Returns are processed within 7 days of receiving the item(s)
• You will receive approval for your return or exchange within 48 hours of submitting your request

Final Notes

Miruna reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
