Return & Refund Policy

At Miruna, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale, clearance, and promotional items are non-refundable.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • For cash on delivery purchases, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
