Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Sale, clearance, and promotional items are non-refundable.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
For cash on delivery purchases, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
